Darius Rucker Goes Platinum |

 Darius Rucker's album "Learn to Live" has shipped over 1 million copies and been certified platinum by the RIAA. The crossover star's first country album was propelled to such success by a trio of singles from the release -- "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," "It Won't Be Like This for Long" and "Alright," which is currently #2 on the Countdown and fighting for the #1 spot.
Rucker is slated to tape a performance in Nashville for the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" show which will air on August 24. Prior to his rise on the country charts, he was lead singer for the pop/rock act Hootie & the Blowfish.
